Full waiting terms
- After the free time, every started 15 minutes is charged by vehicle: Luxury $25, Premier $30, Transit Van $35.
- Airline flights: 45 minutes free from the scheduled arrival. Your car stays reserved up to 2 hours from that time; after that, we reconfirm availability with you.
- Landed within the 2 hours? We wait until you're out, and waiting is charged until pickup.
- A stop on the way is priced for the minutes you book there; staying longer is waiting time, every started 15 minutes.
- Flying private? Tell us if your time changes — we’ll move your pickup at no charge when availability allows.
- Diverted to another airport? We don't send the car there on our own. Contact us: if a driver is free, it's a new trip at that route's fare. Tell us before your driver is dispatched and what you paid becomes credit for another trip.
